Come and experience the true beauty of Wales on this adventure, alongside a fantastic group of fellow explorers. Staying at the foot of the magnificent Mount Snowdon, you’ll get to watch the sunrise across Snowdonia. Trust us, it’s a moment you’ll remember for the rest of your life.
Our trips are hand-selected for those who wish to travel independently, with the added support of a friendly group of likeminded people and a dedicated Tour Leader. We think experiences are better shared, and this one is a belter…
Adventure junkies – this trip could be for you. If you’ve never hiked Mount Snowdon you haven’t lived! Our adventure begins at 2am where we begin the hike to the summit located in Snowdonia National Park. You’ll get to share the beautiful sunrise with your new Solo Breaks buddies and by the time you’ve scaled the summit, returned to the hotel and enjoy your well-earned pint that evening you’ll be friends for life!
You’ll be staying at The Royal Victoria Hotel, which is surrounded by acres of stunning grounds and the 13th-century Dolbadarn Castle. There is rock climbing, hiking and canoeing all at your feet – and you’ll be surrounded by likeminded adventurers eager to explore. The lakeside Padarn Country Park has magnificent trails to follow, and for those who enjoy history, the National Slate Museum is definitely worth a visit.
We’re here to make sure you get the chance to enjoy yourself as much as possible without the stress of planning. You’ll come home with some great new friendships, some breath-taking photos and plenty of tales to tell.
Before you travel, there will be an opportunity to get to know fellow Solo Breaks travellers on a Zoom call. We’ll also invite you to a group WhatsApp where we can discuss car share and transport arrangements.
Your host, Steve, will be on hand at all times to answer any questions you have.
